A Dino-rific birthday cake

This birthday boy requested a Dino cake with a 'family' of Dinosaurs on it. Here is the finished product.

Dinosaur figures were hand sculpted out of gum paste.

Cake was an 6" and 9" chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream.

A rustic wedding cake

This bride wanted to have a rustic style wedding cake, one that resembled an Aspen Tree, complete with their initials 'carved' into it. I loved how it turned out!

Cake was a 12" and 8" a fake bottom layer and chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream for the top tier.

Alice in Wonderland themed wedding cake

This bride wanted a square topsy turvy cake. I thought it was such a fun cake.

The top two tiers were real cake and the bottom tier was a fake cake. Sizes were 8", 10" and 12".

Hot fudge sundae cupcakes

I love how fun and festive these look. I made these for my sons Kindergarten graduation and they were a HUGE hit!
I made three different flavors- Chocolate, Strawberry and Lemon cupcakes then topped them with vanilla buttercream. I then drizzled chocolate syrup on top and sprinkled it with sprinkles and topped it off with a cherry. Too cute!

Cascading roses wedding cake

It is hard to tell but this cake was white with white and pink handmade gumpaste roses cascading down the side. I love how all the flowers turned out.
This cake was a 8", 10" and 12" round cake. Flavors were white vanilla almond cake with vanilla buttercream.

Polka dot wedding cake

I know... I have been MIA with posting lately. I've just been so busy with orders and life. So I will be playing catch up from the past few months. I have lots of fun cake pics to post!

Pink blinged out wedding cake

This bride had two requests... That it be pink and that it have rhinestones on it. So this is the final product!
The top tier was a lemon cake filled with a cheescake mouse and topped with a vanilla buttercream. The bride didn't plan on serving the cake so she opted to do the bottom two tiers as fake cake.
I am a HUGE pink fan and an even bigger BLING fan, so I loved how this turned out.

I loved how they set up the cake display area.

Soccer cake for a girl

A birthday cake for a little girl who LOVES soccer.

Complete with matchy cupcakes. The birthday girl loves red velvet cake, so I made red velvet cupcakes and filled them with a cookies and cream mousse (a new recipe of mine and MAN is it good) then I topped them off with a vanilla almond buttercream.

Cupcakes for Synergy function

These cupcakes were made for a Synergy business meeting. They wanted three different types of cupcakes to be displayed on my cupcake tower during one of their business functions.
THE ECLAIR CUPCAKE- A vanilla almond cupcake that is filled with a cheesecake mousse and topped with a silky chocolate buttercream. (a brand NEW creation)

STRAWBERRY LEMONADE CUPCAKE- A lemon cupcake dipped in white chocolate ganache and then topped with a delicious Strawberry buttercream made with fresh strawberries (a fan favorite!)

GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKE- A gluten free chocolate cupcake filled with mini chocolate chips and topped with one of my favorite buttercream.... Salted caramel!

Cupcake descriptions

I love having cupcake towers that have a variety of choices... sure to please any palette!

 BUTTERFINGER CRAZE CUPCAKE
Chocolate cupcake filled with homemade caramel and topped with butterfinger buttercream. This baby was DELCIOUS and oh so rich, perfect for any chocolate lover!

Soccer

This cake was made for a birthday boy who loves to play Soccer!
The cake was a white cake with a vanilla almond buttercream.

Winter wonderland cupcakes

These cupcakes were made for a birthday party that had a Winter Wonderland theme. I was able to use my Cricut Cake to cut out the snowflakes, then I added glitter to give them some sparkle.

I didn't get a chance to take a picture with the cupcakes on the stand, but I love how everything went together.

All packaged and ready to go!

Peach and beach themed wedding cake

The bride designed this beautiful wedding cake. She wanted one tier to have a beach theme and other tiers to some bling. This is what she drew up.

The cake topper was created by the Bride's florist, but I decorated the middle section with two dozen roses and greenery.

Two of the tiers were Vanilla cake with a raspberry glaze and vanilla buttercream, the other two tiers were German chocolate with a German chocolate filling. This was a very TALL cake and was delivered to a country club in Farmington.
